Who we are

Pear is a UK restaurant guide. Contact us at hello@pearapp.co.uk.

What we collect

• Your account details and the dietary needs and preferences you choose to give us.
• On our early-access pages: your email, any optional answers about what you eat around and how often you eat out, and the ad link details (such as campaign name) you arrived from.
• Anonymous page stats on our own site: pages viewed, how far you scroll, buttons tapped and time on page.

Meta advertising cookie

Only if you choose Accept, we load the Meta Pixel. It tells Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd that you viewed the page and whether you signed up, so we can measure and improve our ads. If you choose Reject, it never loads. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page; we keep a record of the choice you made and when.

How we use it

To run Pear, to email you about Pear if you asked us to, and to understand which messages work. Dietary answers are optional and used only to improve Pear. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop emails, by writing to hello@pearapp.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
